The Fame's sales (including the re-release) as of 2010 (credit to MJDangerous from UKMIX/chartsinfrance and works for mediatraffic):
US 4,200,000
Canada 625,000
Brazil 193,000
Mexico 160,000
Japan 835,000
Australia 575,000
New Zealand 80,000
Europe 5,750,000
- UK 2,525,000
- France 580,000
- Germany 925,000
- Italy 260,000
- Spain 90,000
- Sweden 125,000
- Netherland 115,000
- Switzerland 135,000
- Austria 100,000
- Finland 55,000
World 13,500,000
These figures are obviously outdated (by now, TF has sold 2.9m in the UK, 4.6m in the US, 1m+ in Japan, 660k in Canada, etc), but unfortunately he stopped updating after 2010.
According to mediatraffic tho, The Fame (Monster) has sold an additional 1,500,000 in 2011.
The above doesn't include the seperate TFM EP sales:
US 1,600,000
Canada 160,000
= 1,760,000
When you add everything together, you get 16.8m sales for TF/TFM, which should be rounded up to 17m as most of these figures are from 2011 at the latest

A 50% 2nd-week drop is amazing Also great week in Oceania, they should definitely promote there after the UK!
