Well he wasn't really trolling because he genuinely thought he had won and that was how the game worked. It isn't his fault how he never won before.

Yeah but I believe him when he says he didn't know. He should have read the rules more carefully but he should just be warned for what seems to be an honest mistake and if he does it again you could disqualify him and ask a mod to give him WPs because we know he's definitely just messing with us.
