It makes it "Omega". It gets rid of all the stage hazards that normally appear (i.e. the witches burning/freezing one side of the map in Gerudo Valley)

It just traps the enemy and does like 10% damage. It's really nice to use to space yourself away.

I see. Does it affect all stages or just some. I used it for Lumiose Gym (PRISM Tower) and I don't see a difference?
