I don't really care what she performs, unless there's a new song(s) performed or at least previewed. She really doesn't have that many modern EDM songs so they're either going to be remixed versions of her old singles or random album tracks from Warrior otherwise they're going to be really out of place.

I honestly cringe so hard when people say Kesha is a better rapper than Iggy. Like, just no. Kesha is not a rapper. She can rap, but she hasn't delivered one legitimate rap song (Boom Boom Bang comes closest) and when Iggy's on her **** Kesha can't touch it. "Walk The Line" alone >>>>> Boom Boom Bang, Sleazy & Crazy Kids combined.

Sorry to be a pessimist right now, but she is in desperate need of a revamp.

One day, I wish she would perform some tracks that she's never done from all three releases. There are better songs that would serve as great live material. It's so frustrating seeing her always churn out the same tracks with the same dance routines. I mean, she's been doing those robot arm movements to "TiK ToK" for 5 years. It's a little cringeworthy.

My expectations are relatively low for the festival performance.

Kesha is a much better artist than Iggy and that's almost not even a matter of opinion. Iggy's "hot moments" are still forgettable. People remember every lyric to Tik Tok. People are going to remember the hook to Fancy (thanks to the goddess, Charli XCX) and maybe the part where she spells her name, kii.

Well she's going through a revamp at the moment anyway. Her image has changed so much over the past few years. The picture posted on the last page of her in China looks like a completely different girl to the one during the early times of the Animal era.
And the dollar sign removal is obviously a sign of a complete revamp. So yeah, I'd probably hold off saying these kinds of things until we get more information on her next album and we can be sure if a revamp is happening or not

Are people on this Kesha vs Iggy stuff again

I like Iggy and all, but I personally prefer Kesha's flow and her delivery when it comes to rapping. Her voice is also much smoother than Iggy's is. Even though Kesha herself doesn't label herself as a rapper, she's considered to be one by alot of people, and has credibility as such. More more than Iggy in some cases. She even was the label as the first living white female RAPPER to appear on the cover of Vibe

But Kesha's rapping "career" is still second to her singing and with her change in style and new direction, I don't think we'll be getting anymore rap heavy songs or any songs with a rap bridge unless she does an Ed Sheeran and do a song like U.N.I or You Need Me, I Don't Need You.

Shes not a rapper. Shes always been like a watered down version of Avenue D, Uffie, Peaches, or Gravy Train. Its like rapping but its not what rap music actually is. Its like a mock up and the references to her being a rapper in that Vibe article seem almost playfully sarcastic.

And to be honest I really could care less about Iggy Azalea but I find it incredibly obnoxious how since shes gotten famous everyone has turned on her so harshly for literally no reason. All this b/s about her voice or her production or whatever really is b/s. Shes no worse than all of the other rap music out there, a lot of people literally just decided to hate her because shes white and got too big in the rap industry for a white girl.

Kesha does look great in the Vibe photoshoot, even if its shopped up the ass. But at the same time throughout the Warrior era even though there were times like this shoot where she looks more polished, she has no identity. She lost the mess but became a shell of her former self. Im hoping this era she finds a new definable look but her candids arent alluding to that imo.

This is undoubtedly true but also not my point. There are many artists that are better than Iggy, but that doesn't mean that they're better rap artists than Iggy. Kesha is a better artist than Iggy for sure, but Iggy is a better rap artist. Just my opinion.
