I don't get the hate from people who stan for Katy/Rih/etc. They have been doing the saaame exact thing, even working with some of the same producers and writers. It's just damn pop music. And Take Me Home* is a better pop album than most of ATRL's faves (barring Bey and Gaga) have ever made

5 Seconds of Trash have only one good song, She Looks So Perfect. Once you realize they're being dead serious (and not purposely so-bad-it's-good like SLSP), it's not pretty.
Good thing 1D are making money off of them though! Very smart of them to set up income from their potential successors.
