C2C has definitely warmed me up to a softer Gaga album though. I remember wanting an even harder Dance/EDM album after ARTPOP, but now I just hope she's laid down some demos (probably Paradise at least) in her sessions with Tony, I shudder to think of another album made within the DJWS/Asia/lm.com bubble.
More than happy with a ~120K total for the first week. It'll prob fall a few thousand short of Kenny but meh, that's a more than respectable opening total.
120k-ish was far higher than I expected. I hope this encourages them to do a few sequels in the next couple of years, after Gaga's next studio album. I'd like them to either be random covers mixed in with originals, or singing 'The Cole Porter Songbook' or 'The Irving Berlin Songbook', etc.
Very excited for the next album but Cheek to Cheek can definitely tide me over Also, my artRAVE is in 31 days!
