RH(D) is all format friendly. It was promoted on "The Hills" as well as MTV and got a download boost to the bottom half of the 50s, that was the promotion for downloads/pop and got her exposure to go Top 30 on Pop.
It's not about being format-friendly, it's about being what the people want to hear on their radio stations. With the mess that's saturating Urban radio today, I am STILL surprised that RH(D) did what it did.
