It's been 2 weeks since I play the game little by little...
I like the way u can modify ur sims.
Love the new build mode and architectural styles, with the EPs it's going to be INSANE what all you can build...
but the actually gameplay is quite tedious and boring, compared to the Sims 3, let's say.
I really hate the "emotions" which virtually do not even exist, like they're basically the same as the needs, or wishes in sims 3, but it affects their mood... which makes it super silly, cuz all you have to do, is get them to be happy - and that wasn't the point of the game, in the 1st place.
I absolutely hate the 2 worlds and the non existent houses all the lots are surrounded with.
I hate it that it has like little neighborhoods and the traveling thing.
The community lots are worse than in the sims 1, almost not even functional, the same hideous maxis created sims POP up everywhere and you basically can't talk with just 1 one sim, ALL the freaking sims go and do like an orgy of a conversation.
IDK, I don't think that the EPs will change it a lot for me, I basically don't like the way they went with the gameplay...

They do look amazing. Everything in this game looks so great, except the clouds.

Yes, the Sims 2 direct control was great. The underwater Bio dome is my favourite too! I also loved the Cruise Ship because of the location, and I loved the first house because it felt so residential. Amazing.
Ikr. The Sims Bustin Out opening Nightclub had more Sims than any other aha.

That's not the point of emotions at all though 
I hate travelling too. Maybe they should have had a better idea for a loading screen. Possibly an Pan of the world you were travelling too, and it slowed down or sped up depending on how fast your computer was. That would be better.

Jocque's wanted a baby...Sophia is now pregnant.
The only family that didn't want a baby was John Mole...but I still haven't played Natasha Una so who knows. Sharon Wirth moved in with John though so I might as well let them have some kids...it's pretty clear the TS2 creators made Sharon the homewrecking town skank so I'm gonna live up to it soon enough.

I'm still shocked btw that I can play this game in high graphics, Sims 3 I played in medium (same computer, 5 years old), and it was still laggy.. I salute them!
I love almost everything about this game tbh, specially the interactions and emotions.. But I wish there were more community lots... What we have isn't enough..
Do you guys play with the edge smoothing on? I turn it on and it extended the loading screens' time a lot. So I turned it back off.

Version 5 is the best for me, the game doesn't crash, and now i can travel version 4 was okay, but it had some problems with the music

I personally though didn't have problems with v4

Ever since update 2 and crack 6 I can't even start the game. I clikc the launcher in Game/Bin and it just WON'T do anything at all. I don't know what the **** happened... Did my antivirus deleted something and I'm not aware? I checked the quarantine thingy and it's all good. I really don't know what to do now.
Good thing the game sucks.

I'd prefer the ones we have in The Sims 4, than the ones in The Sims 3. Easy.

Well yeah because there are no rabbit holes in S4 but still, they could have add a restaurant and a diner... even in Sims 1 we had intractable community lots, like seriously, this slays >
