Stressful. Luckily I don't have to do much coursework anymore because my school is doing iGCSE/changes to curriculum or something like that but there's so much more work and I have like 5 double lessons a week

You'd be in ninth grade here. It goes like this: 14-15: 9th grade / 15-16: 10th grade / 16-17: 11th grade / 17-18: 12th grade

I went to a therapist when I was 16 and it was useless, I basically just lied and pretended like everything was fine and minimized my problems

For me it took multiple sessions before I felt comfortable enough with mine to the point where I felt like mine wouldn't judge me if I told her deep personal stuff, although there are things I still don't feel comfortable talking about with her.

I went to a therapist for like a year I stopped going this year and she helped me so much its so worth it.

honestly when it came to mine i'd just been holding my issues in for so long that i couldn't resist, especially since they couldn't really tell other people i knew

How did you find a good therapist? I went to this lady like 3 times, I couldn't tell her anything, she was a little older too so that's why I was sure we weren't going to connect well.

I guess I kind of lucked out tbh, I just found a place where they accepted my insurance and they do a phone interview with you and depending on your answers they assign a therapist who is qualified to help you with whatever you need.
