lol, why would Taylor be the secret mean girl? She's ridiculously sweet unless she feels like she has been messed with  Meanwhile Katy has a history of shading for no reason/totally unprovoked, as early as the whole Alejandro video drama.

But Taylor also has a history of dating guys and writing songs about them to make them look bad when they break up. That's not exactly nice either

Think what you want, but she isn't going around writing sounds just to deface her ex. She's just writing about her experiences, good or bad. She has a fair share of GOOD and BAD songs about some exes, some are even APOLOGIES.

Both are beyond fake imo. Katy comes across as the peppy cheerleader that wants to be friends with everyone, but is secretly mean to them. Taylor comes across as the "bashful butter wouldn't melt, little old me" fake persona. Same end result different approach

not sure if im just looking too far into this. but Tay/Selena were inseparable for a while, then Selena hung out with Katy for a bit and seemed to have a falling out with Taylor. then that article came out about Katy supposedly not wanting Selena at Capitol (which im still not sure how much truth that held) and now Tay/Selena really close again. Sel seems to be friends with both so that must get awkward.

No one is a complete angel. But if you wanna listen to what's out in the media, there are tons of people who have praised her for all sorts of reasons. Unless her PR team has been so efficient as to quell every single person Taylor crosses for 8 years, I find it hard to believe that she's the biggest secret mean girl.

Pop has always been the industry standard yet Taylors last 4 albums were not what could be typically classed as pop at all, it didn't stop her selling them by the million. Saying she has entirely gone pop after one single is premature and everyone knows this but everyone loves top hate on Taylor, I also think itd be apt to note Katy threw her songwriting and musical style out the window after OOTB for them coins and we all know it, hypocritical to say the least.
