Honestly, only time can tell and anything can change. One day radio will stop playing most of these artists, that's when they'll sell because of talent and artistry. Hopefully a few of them listed can develop in those areas.
Beyonce doesn't even belong in this discussion since she is from the same group of stars that involve Britney, Justin, Christina, Jessica Simpson (etc), she has already proven she's sticking around.

Two #1s is still more than any other pop girl had in their last era The other girls can't get three #1s in one era so why should Katy have to do it in two eras?

Katy. I can't imagine people remaining interested in her "Disney Girl" shtick for too long. Even if she finally grows, I doubt people are going to be checking for her or taking her seriously.

I think its Katy, or any artist that depends on huge radio play and single success to stay relevant and sell their album. Katy in next in line to turn 30. It will be hard for her to sell once pop radio pays her dust and pop radio begins to pay you dust in your 30s for the most part.
And Katy is dependent on her singles helping her albums to sell. Pop radio hasn't played any of Bey's latest album, maybe DIL. Yet she has sold more than Prism. Bey isn't dependent on radio to sell so she isn't going anywhere. She will always sell albums and have the highest grossing tours sans Madonna.

I think it all boils down to who used gimmicks and fads and who relied more on their personality and music, that's why I think Beyonce and Rihanna are winning.
Honestly, it could be ANY of these girls. We have all seen careers that were going so well and seemed unstoppable just crash and burn. Then there's girls who have been on the verge of irrelevancy coming back harder and stronger than ever.
I went with Gaga though. I would love to be wrong, because I think she's super talented, but out of these options, I went with her.
The other girls can't get three #1s in one era so why should Katy have to do it in two eras?
