"Shake It Off" is an anomaly in that it was released digitally and on radio at the same time, so it should really get to the A-list in quicker time than Maroon 5's "Maps" did for example. "Maps" was released on June 16 WW, but August 25th in the UK and airplay grew over those 2 months. It was added to the A-list on August 28th.

I think the Radio 1 playlist gets updated tomorrow, I'd expect "Shake It Off" to be on the A-list.

A-list records get 25 plays a week, B-list 15, and C-list eight to 10.
