My favorite Gaga-vision. I remember being a young gay sprout eagerly waiting with my dry ass for these to pop up to watch them followed by me getting so much life through 2 minute videos. This was the first vlog she had done that I felt strangely connected to her. The way she's silent towards the end, but gets herself together and says: "No complaints here!" was just so real to me. Back then I couldn't understand why she would become so "cynical" all of a sudden, but it's like, once you achieve what you had always wanted to achieve, you want more and I guess she wanted more than just being #1 on Billboard and scoring WW hits.
At the start of her domination in 2010, the TFM/MB visuals, the meat dress and BTW controversy were all bound to happen imo.
This made me emotional tbh. I miss some of the communication she had with her fans. I think she's too insecure now, but I think the majority of her work/ideas are great.
Lady Gaga is performing for the after party of some Harper's Bazaar thing tonight, I'm going to try and sneak in.
I got in, and saw the performance. I made a blog about the event, and I'm gonna upload the videos/pictures of the performance tomorrow in this thread or the blog. Goodnight monsters
I kind of hate to say this because I love ARTPOP and pretty much everything else Gaga has ever done, but I'm kind of excited that ARTPOP under-performed to see what she comes up with next.
I think she could really benefit from a reduced budget and use her money more wisely and creatively, and be in a situation where less is more.
Let's not really get our hopes up on the #1 album in the US. She's against a Country star who did around 150k his last album, and this era he has the biggest hit of his career currently so I wouldn't be surprised if the #'s were even higher.

Mess I just looked at his last album release. Idk anything about him, hopefully he's declining

Let me set myself up for disappointment anyway
ddddd that's not a decline sis. He actually DID decline in album sales, but let's face it, a Jazz album V.S a highly marketable country album. It's best not to even stress out numbers at this point. Just go along for the ride.
Speaking of Scheisse (kind of) she needs to do a biT of house. Urban-pop/trap from Snake, with some pop/house elements from RedOne, and extra production from Rick Rubin with a possible contribution by Disclosure.
omg what kind of career-saving album? Someone needs to PM Bobby quick
So, what happened to that app exclusive Act 2 release?
hmmm
Did you not read the tweet where she cancelled anything planned?
Obviously I can't predict her cancelling something. & from what she said (she's cancelled due to 'new music and new manager') it clearly hints that the App surprise was gonna be Act II had she actually released.
But 4real tho, I really expected that to happen & I'm bummed (and was a biT embarrassed) it ain't happen. I wasn't lying tho, the insider legit told me all that.

I was just trolling.
I wouldn't be surprised if your source was correct, but Gaga ha flip flop mind. Don't feel bad.
