Didn't he? There were rumors floating around the time his album was being recorded/released, right when she divorced him. I know it wasn't confirmed, and the marriage failed because Britney can't be with someone unless that person acts like her puppy - hence the divorce when he decided to "work" somehow - but I don't think we can't say for sure he didn't cheat on her.
