Because it flopped (the song). Everyone changes their minds on how good a song is once they see the "GP" aren't having it.
The video is actually really bad in this case, though. Unlike with Marry the Night - fans loved it before it got released and then once it started to struggle they turned on it and said it was a horrible song that's why it's flopping
Basically just like what you like. Charts don't matter music not the bling etc.
