Well, I'm pretty sure most of this fanbase agrees that "Marry The Night" and "G.U.Y." were great, if not decent, single choices. It's just the situations both songs were in that hindered them. "Marry The Night" suffered due to the overexposure Gaga had in the Born This Way era, and "G.U.Y." flopped due to a lack of promo and momentum.

I think this fanbase as a whole can agree on which songs would be successful or not, but we can't really determine what bumps might cause something to underperform or smash. This whole fanbase can agree that "Do What U Want" was a #1 (or at least top 3) in waiting, but we could've never predicted that she was just gonna drop all promo and not release the video for it.

I've only played Anything Goes once and don't even know how the other one sounds and my two most played songs this year are from TFM and BTW. I don't consider myself a fan of the current Gaga !
