You sign in with your Last.fm at the top right, then choose "scrobble manually" from the options. Enter the song info and then you're done!
I downloaded the iTunes script (idek what the heck that is), ran it and it asked me to enter my username and password on iTunes. Do I need to do anything besides that?

the iTunes one is if your iTunes is broken
Just use the manual one to fix the scrobbles that it didn't pick up from iTunes
