Espeon shouldn't really be used as a lead all the time. Tyranitar has a million sets, you have to tell us what you need him to do like set Stealth Rock, Choice Band/Scarf, Dragon Dance Mega, etc.
The best Megas are Mawile (it'll probably get banned soon but maybe you don't care about that), Charizard (same as Mawile, but it'll take longer
), Pinsir, Gyarados, Scizor, Gardevoir, Heracross, Medicham and others like Manectric and Venusaur. They are all great, really.
The SR could be useful too and I haven't used entry hazards in a while so there's that... But I'm not used to TTar and have no idea how to play with it.
