I'm late, but that article is great and I absolutely love both songs. And I'm very glad Birds of Prey made the list, it's quite possibly the best song on Bionic and it's a crime it was never made a single I also very much enjoyed your analyses of the songs as well, you did a great job explaining both why the songs are both unnoticed and amazing gems of hers (Though is there anything in her discography that isn't a gem? )

It did kill me a bit on the inside to not see I'm OK listed, since I love that track so much, but I get why and the two you chose are better fits anyways

I need Legend X to pull off It's a Man's World 2.0. Everybody bowed down to her that night and they knew she was not one to mess with. She needs to remind certain stans why she's the voice of the generation. I love Kelly, Beyonce and Ariana and I don't completely hate P!nk, but some of their stans have overestimated their fave's place in the vocal hierarchy

And yes, I'm OK is perfect I wanted to choose songs people can easily get into. We get a lot of readers daily and I wanted the songs to be stuck in their heads. I'm OK is too complex and emotional for most people to digest

Say Something I feel had such a good impact from Xtina. I think if she were to sing once more at say, the Grammys, it would solidify her even more.

Talented women are more "in" now again, and I think she could seriously shine.

I would love a Grammy's performance of Say Something. It will be 16 months after the song was released, but it won't be the first time an artist performs an old song there. And it better win at least one as well.

Christina's team should get it together for the next era. People are ready for serious, mature and emotional Christina. I'm still bopping to YB, but I don't want YB 2.0. as the lead single of X6. And they better get updated. YB and JAF didn't even have lyric videos, which is the most basic type of promotion all artists do.

Yepp, very similar to how Pink sang JGMAR a year after its release as well. It went well.

Ugh her team, angered me so much. They had no idea how simple things like that MAKE careers nowadays. One thing they did do well was have the album for pre-order before it was release. And the deluxe being 11.99 really helped its digital sales as well. Still though, it isn't that hard to promote and manage on the internet. Anyway, all I can do is hope they get that now lol.

I still can't understand why everyone is so anxious to meet queen Brianna Victoria. In january God said to her fans "you guys are her first show" good sis clearly due very late august or up to mid september. Why would any of you believe anyone but Christina herself?

At this point she really needs to just fire her team. Bionic was criminally mis-promoted (Who thought Not Myself Tonight would make a better lead single than Birds of Prey or Little Dreamer? Especially BoP), and Lotus was even worse. Not only do they abandon her serious, emotional image that her fans love, but they also fail to book one true performance for YB and don't even do a lyric video (Of course, the hit that could have been still went top 40 even with everything working against it) Even if she doesn't go the serious route (which she should, because SS shows the public is hear for deep, meaningful Christina) she should still be meeting with moderate success.

I'd also like to point out her two biggest flops (and most criticized albums) have been due to her team/label having more creative control than she did. It's widely known that Bionic's most heavily criticized tracks (and the lead single) were forced on the album against her will and that Xtina was given far less involvement on Lotus than she traditionally received.
