Lil Wayne is wrong for not putting a worthy solo single that can crossover. He can kiss the milli good-bye, because no one knows he's back with Tha Carter so far.
Lil wayne will prob perform at VMA since he has 3 days off his tour i think the dates were chosen on purpose to give him that time to travel and perform

The Carter IV had two Top 5 singles (She Will - #3, How To Love - #5) before it’s release and had an additional track that made Top 10 (6 Foot 7 Foot - #9). I really can’t see this reaching anywhere near a mili, hopefully he can though considering this is the last instalment (If my memory serves well).
Due to him not having a strong cross over single this era, I'm expecting him to debut with 600k at the most. There's not enough mainstream hype surrounding this album.
