I think it is unlikely that they would use a pic from something that is advertising/associated with something else.
I think it is very likely that a fan would mock up a pic about it though.
Still not impossible though, but I would've liked a brand new pic.
I remember days before the Red webchat, we got the pic of her for the WANEGBT single cover and I freaked out so bad cos she looked so hot and so hipster and just so cool.

It's probably going to be the place that the livechat's taking place at (her rooftop garden or central park) or a photo of random objects that have to do with the lead single and album.
Has anyone ever thought that if Fearless, Sparks Fly and Red didn't do that well is mainly because their videos? With proper videos, they would have become great hits, it's not just about the wrong timing, if they were released earlier with the same BORING stupid tour videos they would have 'flopped' the same. PERIOD.
