Chris was making a compliment, but I doubt that writers want to write for her because they feel she's special as you were trying to point out.
The fact that she is able to make them a ton of cash makes her 'special.' They wouldn't place an investment on her if they didn't feel that she wasn't. They'd just run to some other singer. So my point stands.
Rihanna is now the holy grail for a pop songwriter/producer.
You get all your cut from the publishing and a high likelihood for a hit record. She's in high demand in music and that's not a bad thing- that's why she gets a great selection of songs. All she does is picks and chooses.
It's a formula that works for Ri & co. I wish I can recall where I read the article about how Rihanna's recording process was so assembly line like in its routine.
Let's not forget her tour crossed more than 150 million + all those ENDORSEMENTS, yet bitch still couldn't crack 50 millions on FORBES. it must be embarrassed to stan for this ILLITERATE DUMB ****. she needs a new financial assistant or something. is this dumb fck still blaming everyone for her dumbness?

Your original post was unclear, then. Established songwriters don't beg Rihanna to take their songs, and obviously no writer is solely pitching to Rihanna's camp. They pitch songs to many artists. It would be stupid to put all your eggs in one basket.
