I really don't get the hate for Anne. I grew up watching a lot of her movies like the Princess Diaries and Ella Enchanted and now she's older she's proven she has the talent to play more serious characters. TDKR and Les Mis were both huge and she slayed in 2 very different roles. She's always seemed nice in interviews. It really does seem that people just hate to see a woman on top
No shade but the Best Supporting Actress nominees the year Anne won was just outright pathetic (has Amy Adams ever been given a more filler nomination? And poor Nicole Kidman missing her nomination). Anne was kinda the best performance of the year too. Say what you want about Les Miserables fumbles, Anne achieved greatness.

Dunno if you know anything about that one but the rumor is that Jenn and Bradley are terrible in it and they actually bought it off for some time so it wouldn't be released, otherwise it could have affected both of the star momentum. It took, like, two years to finally find a distributor.
