I'm on the fence. If I look at it as Nicki being a rapper, I would she was surely influenced by Lil Kim but just solely from the standpoint of the wigs. On the opposite end, plenty of Pop girls wear wigs just like Lil Kim did and it's not a big deal. In terms of music, hell no.

I just can't grasp why Lil Kim is so pressed over some wigs. If Nicki took her style in terms of rapping, I'd sympathize more but it is literally over some ****ing wigs and Nicki doesn't even wear wigs anymore which makes her look ever more stupid!

It was interesting. I heard it a few days ago & I agree with everyone's points. It is a corny song, but that's the point. It's supposed to be a corny, fun record that gets you hype. Not to be taken seriously, & not made to listen to the lyrics.
