Do you mean like when you place a new lot down, the terrain around it goes on an angle?

I mean, like to put the convention center or the big lots that came with the new expansions, it was very difficult to place them because the word has tiny flat areas, like, just for a few houses or idk. The angle of the terrains can change by pressing something, I don't remember what.
But I don't know, I wish they put more areas to create buildings or put the new ones. The scenarios of TS2 were almost all flat and with the new ones (created by you) you can put o create the building that you want, without the restrictions that the TS3 world have.
In the scenario that I'm playing on TS2, I'm creating a mall, parks, many apartments and many houses. <3
Anyway, the most awesome of the TS3 worlds is that I can go everywhere and I don't need to wait the charging screen to go to the supermarket, for example. That is awesome. In the expansion "world adventures" was great to go exploring everything.

For me, that was the major improvement of TS3.
Pd: My note is core I5.
