Because it's trash. People probably put it on for 10 seconds and couldn't bare to watch any more; at least G.U.Y. is a good song and the video was interesting. Gaga's videos usually provide something interesting and different from the song that you want to see, Katys are just visuals to go along with the music so if the song is crap you have no reason to watch the video.
