Sequel was announced at SDCC and is apparently very obvious set-up at the end of the movie. My guess is that none of the main 5 in the film will have a spinoff, but Nova, another cosmic character in the Marvel Universe, will likely have his own film.
Oh, and they're going to be Avengers 3.
