This SAME thing happened with Zendaya/Taylor blocking Britney.
You both did around 400k solo each, and ended up going to 600k with the rest of the secret stuff for collabs and that's when Britney, Miley, etc got mad and did all those planned collabs (and we had to make a rule).
Now the same thing is happened where they both did around 350k in promo each, and the formula knocked them up to 425k.
You win some, you lose some. It was just the unfortunate events of a collaboration.

I'm not trying to be mean but less than 5 of your articles were over a paragraph.

Only 3 of them were 100 words long and the rest were 300+. 7 of them were 500+

????????????????

Yes, you promoted it with many other songs in medley's, but not once in your titles or main summaries did you promote the song it's self:
You did a BEYONCE-esque surprise release album; which majorly helps the album, not singles.

Lyrics...
[Dawn]
Love it when I'm flexin up, in my car
Door swing open, for my passenger
Look up in the mirror, fix my mascara
People wanna know, who the hell is her
Drop top ridin', in my Coop DeVille
I stay mobbing, in my hoopty still
Rattling the trunk, when I play the track
Swerve to the left, yelling holla back
[Danity Kane]
Ooh, these haters got a sour ass look up on their face
Lemonade lemonade
Lemonade lemonade
Ooh, they lookin' so thirsty
Might just need a drink
Lemonade lemonade
Lemonade lemonade
[Aubrey]
I feel your eyes on me
I like how it feels
I hope that you enjoyed your five
But I'll take it from here
Late to the party, but I'm always on time
Misunderstood, but I'm always on your mind
[Shannon]
Who cares if we turn up every night the top down
When we pull up at the light
Don't listen to what nobody say
So loud, I can't hear nobody say nothing
I wish you would say something
While me and my girls is stuntin'
Ain't no problems here,
See, I'm just trying to have good time
[Danity Kane]
Ooh, these haters got a sour ass look up on they face
Lemonade lemonade
Lemonade lemonade
Ooh, They lookin' so thirsty
Might just need a drink
Lemonade lemonade
Lemonade lemonade
[Dawn]
I'm rockin' my sunnies
To block all this shade
We over here settin up shots
Slingin' lemonade
I'm late to the party, but I'm always on time
Misbehaving, always up to no good
[Shannon]
Who cares if we turn up every night the top down
When we pull up at the light
Don't listen to what nobody say
So loud, I can't hear nobody say nothing
I wish you'd say something
While me and my girls is stuntin

What you mad for
Is it me or nah
The ice in my charm,
Forget no flaws, I'm daddy T-Raww, trips around the world
I'm open arms to a door, you my chicks spoil
Be loyal, lord I'm royal
Whippin that brief, catch a case if they try follow
She top dollar!
Know her pants already got it
Intoxicated, faded how we got home?
Glad we made it, I know they hate it
Smirk on they faces, blue in the face
Smurf faces what I do for you
Morning in the bank statement
What she do for me
You know that tongue crazy
I like that I like that
I'm so sick she get it
I bite that don't bite that
I like that go like that
Go right back She right back
Are you mad, my chick bad?
[Danity Kane]
Ooh, these haters got a sour ass look up on they face
Lemonade lemonade
Lemonade lemonade
Ooh, they lookin' so thirsty,
They might just need a drink
Lemonade lemonade

Spongebob was for this week actually and it's better/more original than writing an essay of fluff for every talk show in the world.

I don't point strictly off of words, and if I did you would still be behind.
Your longer articles this week:

Ellie Goulding performed a few of her hit songs at a charity event to help raise
money for homeless people. Over ten thousand people attended and almost two hundred
thousand dollars were donated to the charity. Find out how you can donate money here:
Setlist:
-Lights
-Starry Eyed
-Anything Could Happen
-Burn
-Dreaming Again [from CAL 3]
-Asleep
The curtains open and the crowd cheered. The stage has drum, two guitars, a piano and a microphone
in the middle. The stage itself was circular with lights around the edges. The band walked onto
the stage and Ellie followed a few seconds later, wearing a pink dress and black high heels.
The stage was lit up by blue, purple and green lights. The band began playing the Lights
instrumental and Ellie started singing after twenty seconds. She did a few dance maves at the
microphone, but nothing too complicated. At the last chorus she sat at the drums
and played them while singing. The next song is Starry Eyed. The start of the performance just has
Ellie playing the guitar while singing the song but halfway through, five dancers enter the stage and
do the same choreography as in the video. Ellie trips towards the end but quickly recovers from the
fall, hoping that nobody noticed her mistake. Ellie leaves the stage for five minutes to change and
drink some water, she comes back wearing this:

Britney and Rihanna stopped by Ellen today for a joint-interview and performance of Touchin' Me.
Interview Highlights:
Ellen: Hi girls how are you?
B&R: We're good, how how are you?
Ellen: Good so Britney, your new album "American Dream" *holds up copy to show audience* is an amazing album, how long did you work on it?
Britney: I've been working on it for the past year actually you know writing and finding producers and recording the album, finding some awesome artists like Rihanna to get involved, the majority of my year has been spent on this album.
Ellen: Well it payed off because it's truly amazing, everyone should get a copy of it. Now, Gimme Your Best debuts at #2, goes gold it's first week and then this past week it reaches the top of the charts at #1. Why move onto Touchin' Me?
Britney: I love Gimme Your Best, it's a fun song and I'm so happy it did well but Touchin' Me is just that song. It's the song I wanted to use to promote my album cause it's so good and Rihanna's on it, so it's just perfect to sing during the album release week. I'm not paying Gimme Your Best dust though girl, I still love it!
Ellen: Tell me who is coming up with these performance ideas?! Girls you need to tone it down!
Rihanna: I'll admit, it's me.. it's me haha but you know it's just about having fun and letting loose. You gotta have fun and you gotta be sexy when you're singing such a sexy song.
Ellen: Okay but performing at a jail cell? Giving a lesson on how to use condoms? Seriously?! *crowd laughs*
Rihanna: Ellen we're just having fun and being wild and thinking of crazy things gurl, you gotta let loose. It's more fun to perform at a jail cell then to sit down with Wendy Williams and deal with her annoying ass gurl *audience claps*.
Ellen: Britney how exactly did you get this SAT/ACT deal thing I mean.. people were going crazy trying to pre-order those bundles.
Britney: Uhm I did it for the fans really and it cost me some money but you know you gotta do what you gotta do gurl. My fans appreciated it and that's all that matters to me.
Ellen: Your MTV documentary and ABC special both did really well and they definitely show a personal side to you, how long were cameras following you?
Britney: Every day... every day 24/7. Thank god that's over *laughs*.
Ellen: Why did you scrap Sex Dairy, Rihanna?
Rihanna: It was a buzz album, I don't got time for that anymore you know, it was more of an indie record so just made some quick cash and you gotta know when to bounce out, you know it was just more of an indie album.
Ellen: When can I buy my tickets for your Naughty Girl tour, Britney?
Britney: Today, I'm gonna post the information today and you can start buying tickets tonight probably so everybody get ready to buy tickets, and to everyone here you're all gonna get a free ticket to my show *crowd cheers* .
Ellen: Well Britney's new album "American Dream" is amazing, I encourage everyone to go buy a copy. See Rihanna & Britney perform their hot new song live right after this quick break!
----------------
Britney & Rihanna then took to the small stage on Ellen to perform new single Touchin' Me. Surprisingly, the girls wore long black gowns with gold belts as they sang to a slow ballad version of Touchin' Me. Smoke surrounded the stage as Britney and Rihanna walked around each other in circles while moving closer to edge of the stage and belting out the lyrics. Their vocals were on point and the girls showed another side of their abilities, the performance was raw and didn't feature any type of dance break or shocking controversy. The audience was in awe as they heard the girls giving it their all, they looked stunning and kept the crowd entertained by moving through the audience a little bit. They got closer and closer as the performance progressed and ended up body to body at center stage by the end of the performance, singing the last lines in synch as the stage faded to black and Ellen was over.

When everyone does 25 articles it comes down to quality of the article, ofcourse. You didn't make even 1 article close to that size this week, so ofcourse they would be way ahead.

Will promoting a show where Ellie is the main actress and Asleep is the theme song help the single?

I already basically said you were ahead of them if it wasn't a collabo.
They both did around 350k solo. You did 420k solo.
The collab however put them at 425k.
Just like when Britney was #2 with 425k and Zendaya/Taylor blocked her because they both did around 400k each with a collab.
