Her lyrics themselves are mixed, leaning towards weak. Though she does have some gems (Like Haunted or Starlight), but she also has tracks like WANEGBT and YBWM in her discography

The fact that people whose faves aren't even lyricists and are known for tweaking melodies here and there or deleting bridges in songs to get writing credits have the nerve to give a legit songwriter low points. Never change, ATRL!
Seriously, i don't understand how there can be people who think her songwriting is dull and ELEMENTARY.. Are you serious? Did you even read a lyric beside We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together? So pressed!
