Can I just say that looking at DivaDown's posts, I am happy that our PM stated after being asked why the Netherlands are not following the trend to claim it was the seperatists like the US did since the Dutch had such a overwhelming loss of people on that plane: that's exactly the reason why. We had a great loss and cannot afford to jump the gun without any proper research.

I just can't even fathom this whole thing. And the worst part is that this is not even a noticeable portion of all the innocent people being killed in places like Gaza, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan etc... what kind of ****ed up world do we live in. This is part of the reason I am not religious, all it does is lead to millions and millions of deaths.
It's never an entire country. It wasn't the ENTIRE country of Japan was against us. But dropping the bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima was what had to be done for them to throw up the white flag. Casualties are involved in any conflict. No mercy should be shown. There wasn't any mercy shown to the passengers on a passenger airplane. It's not like the plane could be mistaken for a fighter jet or something.
I say, bomb the country with everything we have. Make them pay. It's the quickest & most efficient way to irradicate the problem.
