You have to remember, though, that if the girl was drugged initially, he put her in a different state of mental capacity. A mentally-impaired person is not able to give sexual consent so I find it hard to believe a drugged (not high, drugged) person is legally able to give consent to sex. She could've been in to it or whatever it looked like on camera, but it's still rape if he drugged her and took away her ability to say "No."

It's because people want to get to the bottom of the matter. Conflicting reports on the state of the girl exist. The proper way to handle this, though, is to let the police review the evidence and prosecute the boy. I'm sure the girl would prefer that as few people as possible see the video.
