Honey, this is one of the few tests in the world that you want a negative result, not positive.

When you say you took an HIV test and it came back positive, it means you are HIV+, meaning you have HIV. When you take the test and it comes back negative, it means you are HIV-, meaning you don't have HIV.

The test looks for HIV antibodies. If it comes back positive it means antibodies were found therefore you have HIV. Positive doesn't mean you "passed the test". If your test indeed said positive and you're not just trolling, seek help immediately.
