If you want civil discussions, you need to start treating other members with more respect. The only thing a condescending tone will make is enemies. Right now you're coming off as a slightly more articulate Swag.

You have good points and seem to want to participate in the community without a whole lot of conflict, so now you need to actually make an effort to change the way your posts come off to avoid those conflicts.
