After reading that HIV test thread I want to go get tested cause I have been a bit promiscuous but I've always been safe well I hook up with people but I only had sex perhaps 3 times all with a condom but I'm still scared like crazy

Noooooo. His sister was out at a party and got someone to baby sat her son and he got out and messed with the tv and it fell on him. He was her only child and she showed up all cracked out at the funeral, shut out everyone in the family. She even closed the door in his face at the wake.

She's his sister, and they were once close, but she's just so far removed and angry and addicted to really get help from him at this point. He knows that but still feels very guilty.

He's normally a really happy guy but his nephew dying hit him really hard, made him depressed enough that it affected his heart. That's good that you guys make time for one another. It shows you want this to work and care for the relationship. Whatever you guys end up doing i'm sure you'll have one heck of time. It's not about where you go anyway, it's about spending time together. A gift would be a nice thing to do but I'm sure that he appreciates the fact that you are there to support him and that he can lean on you while he's dealing with the bumps on the road of life.

Same. I've only had two real sexual encounters and, while I'll spare you the details, the odds of having contracted anything from either are incredibly slim. Still, I'm scared.

Ugh, here I think they mail your results and I live with my parents and I really don't want my parents seeing a letter with a return address from the HIV Testing Centers of America or whatever.

yeah I've only gone all the way with uh 3 guys? all times were safe though everyone else was just oral and kissing and stuff so I highly doubt I have anything but its still terrifying

That's another thing I think it goes through the insurance and I'm signed under my mom

I don't think HIV tests go through your insurance. Like, I think in a lot of places they're anonymous.

But yeah, I've never even gone all the way with anyone before, so it's highly unlikely I'd have HIV. I should really get tested for other STDs though, just in case. I ****ing hate blood tests though. Even a fingerprick can make me pass out.

I'm just scared of the results dude ugh I should just get a blood test through my regular doctors

I got my first HIV test this year and it was along with a blood test and Lord I was sweating and the nurse said my arm was cold and to calm down or I'd pass out. I hate needles ugh

Ugh, yeah. One time I got a fingerprick at a doctor's office for a routine checkup and like a couple minutes later I started going blind and deaf and my mom had to walk me to the bathroom where I threw up like three times.

Let me just stay a virgin forever so I don't have to get any HIV tests.
