Get a gym membership with a personal trainer(the biggest and bests step)
For fat loss:
- No smoking
- No alcohol
- No fast food or sweets
- Only use real food
- Eat lots of vegeatables(at every meal)
- No carbs in the evening(this is very debetable but I feel it's very important)
- Bread(especially wheat) is not very good (and actually really unhealthy)
- 3- 4 HIIT training(see above) a week
-Pasta is not very good either
- Drink mostly water(even the "healthy" sodas or juices are not very good for you) or herb eta
For muscle:
- Your trainer will give you a plan but if you don't get one(which I highly recommend) then there are countless plans on the internet. You can start with a circle training to get you body used to building muscle or if you think you are already quite fit you can start with splits.
For example:
Day 1: Biceps,chest,upper back
Day 2: Triceps,Shoulders,lower back
Day 3: Legs and abs(and if you wish lower back)
You can do the HIIT training after the weight lifting.
Try 2 excersises per body part to start with. With 3 sets per excersice and 8-12 repetitions per set.
Choose weights that make the last repetition hard but also do the excersise properly
Get protein in(especially directly after workouts like shakes) and make sure you eat healthy and clean food.
Other tips:
- Replace normal flour with coconut flour and normal oil with coconur oil(really healthy,no gluten,and less carbs/healthier fat) It also tastes really amazing and this way you don't have to say no to stuff like pizza because if you replace the normal flour with coconur flour you can make stuff like pizza or pancakes healthy.There are ltos of recipes on the internet.
- Drink LOTS of water
- Over 80% of the success is pretty much the food you're eating so really focus on "real" food and not processed stuff
- Get a doctor check before you start to see if you are ready to go
- GET A TRAINER(really the most important thing.) S/he will give you better tips than any of us since they get your exact measurements etc.

I know this is quite a lot to stomach and if this is too much try not to change your life in a day. Slowly ease yourself into it and make sure you stay healthy and happy.
