The hipster comment was just in reference to the article about them being Korea's hipster group. I don't necessarily want f(x) to sound a certain way, because I'm really not here for them like that, but I find that I often get hype at their teaser photos, then when their song is released, it's not at all what I expected based on their concept. Like, looking at an image like

this,
this or even
this, would you really think that their song would be a club banger like Red Light? (I mean I was thinking I was going to get The Cranberries meets 1999 Britney Spears, but Kpop will never be that interesting.) Maybe I'm just taking things too seriously, because admittedly I have noticed this disconnect with other groups.
