I'm surprised to see so many comments about it being "basic" and "generic" and "dated" (when perhaps I shouldn't be, this is ATRL after all) but I'd argue that it's far from those. I find this track rather interesting because with Zedd you could expect it to have a similar formula to Clarity and Stay The Night with the verses leading to the big anthemic chorus and then the crazy breakdown, but it's not quite like that at all. In fact, it follows more true to a pop format without breakdowns than an EDM (try dance music if you don't like that term) format and saves the breakdown for the end of the song. I quite enjoy it. I could see this being the future of dance music on pop radio, not so much what's been done in the past. It's a simple rearrangement, but it really works, for me.
