Start Penny. It's only 8 episodes and it only gets better. Eva Green is fantastic and John Logan does a nice twist in some classic stories.

Orphan is even better but you're 20+ eps late.

I almost never start watching tv series. I like to be a bit late so then I can watch as many as I want at my own pace instead of weekly releases.

I always want to start Supernatural but there's like 8 seasons. I watch slow, so it would probably be like 9 or 10 (or canceled, mess) by the time I caught up.

I just started OITNB, it's entirely flawless.
