Iggy moved down South at 16 so she learned Southern rap from her surroundings, Nicki went to acting school and studied British accents which didn't come natural for her she learned it

Screaming "TOOFIT INURR RURD DYURT SKA-OOH SKYURT SHOOGUH KYAYNE BA' LYAYNE." doesn't sound remotely Southern though. Say "two feet in the red dirt, school skirt, sugar cane, back lane" in a Southern accent and hear what it sounds like. It sounds nothing like Iggy.
Nicki genuinely sounds British when she raps and it's a cute little character that she puts on for a few lines for comedic effect or because she likes to play around with her rapping style. But she can rap in her natural accent too. Iggy can't, or doesn't, rap in her Australian accent. Or in an American accent that sounds authentic.
