so my mom had to take her car into the shop to be repaired and she needs help paying for it so I'm going to because I'm a good daughter but it might cost upwards of $500 and I just quit my job I'm still going to do it though. Why do I have to be such a generous reliable person

Yeah, but not all at once because she can't afford it, so she's going to spend the next couple months (possibly longer) slowly paying me back. But I mean I can't say no, it's my mom and she needs to be able to get to work so I quit because I hated my manager.
