Initially, Cher was very apprehensive about Chaz' transition from FTM, despite already being a huge gay icon. And then over time she became more educated about it and accepted and loved Chaz for who he was. Y'all are acting like this is just an incredibly easy thing for someone to accept and your ignorance is laughable.

As I said it's hard to believe these opinions didn't show up when they were working together. This is the first time R.Kelly has even acknowledged his child in a long time. Why should he even act offended? I understand the Cher situation and actually LOVING parents finding it difficult to accept, but R.Kelly is a dead beat, and the least he could do is support his child.

Why bother replying if you don't want to discuss? Anyway words and facts shouldn't have the same importance. Az even apologised for the use of that word so you can't even blame her anymore, but the fact that it was used without actual homophobic intentions makes it excusable.

The only reason Gaga put R. Kelly on ARTPOP was because of this video:



She, and her team, didn't do enough research into him, his controversies or his beliefs. She just knew Michael loved Ignition and she wanted R. Kelly to be featured on an R&B track...even though DWUW is way too electronic to be pure R&B.

Ignition is an incredible song. It's still one of my all-time favourite R&B songs. But it's her fault for not doing enough research on him/just generally knowing about his past incidents, to know that it would be a bad idea.
