However the real question is why MLD is given a judging position in the first place
Blame the system people not MLD. The person who gives MLD the panel spot is the one who knows how MLD judges and knows how his bias is. If you don't like MLD as a judge, then don't place him as a panelist into your games if you host one. If you don't like his judging methods, then don't join a game that has MLD on the panel

(unless your trapped in the game like this Mash Up game if he guest judges)

Miles I'm not attacking Regina. I'm making a point that the host likely knows how the judges will evaluate/give critique to a contestant in picking the member as a judge.
