Some fans are pretty sure the "big announcement" it's just about the Australian / South American leg of the Bangerz Tour. It would be too soon to announce the Bangerz TV special/DVD/film, imo.

the announcement would most likely be after the tour. I'd want her to rerelease Bangerz + the tour dvd.

I don't see more than $100 million at this point. I feel like if she does great in South America and Australia it may push her closer to $100? But I honestly don't [at least not yet] see her grossing what Forbes expected her to gross

Besides we still only have like 6/7 boxscores even tho she's been on tour since February
