RITD, SLY and SFTTR were bigger radio hits than all of those songs. The airplay numbers don't lie.

Yeah, but Black Eyed Peas were inescapable.

You went to a friend's party you heard them, on the radio you heard them, everyone had them on their iPod.

During Adele's slayage you never heard anyone going around stanning for Adele and claiming her. You heard her on the radio, but it was never like you went to a Club heard her (I wouldn't know but yeah still), went to a friend's and heard her, etc.
