Looking at the game, and the names of Sims it's clearly set in a French colonial area like Louisiana or other Southern areas. Reminding me of Princess and the Frog in this pic.
Custom Content - it is what makes the modern day sims. Clothing, hair, makeup, mods, houses. It's an extremely huge active community that really makes The Sims something very worthwhile and never boring.

Why do people want The Sims on consoles anyway? Aren't the controls usually awkward? I remember playing on one of the Sims console games once and it was just messy. Nothing beats the PC experience where you can EXPAND with Custom Content and expansion packs.
Though, I understand that some people may not find it awkward so fair enough to wanting one. :/ They usually release the console version like a year+ after the PC one. So you guys are in for a long wait.
