The video doesn't appeal to the barbz. Like, the most critique I'm seeing is from barbz who actually have loved her era thus far.
Speaking for myself, the video is a hot mess. Not only that but basically Nicki egged us on for so long as though this video was some masterpiece and it was just sloppy.
She looked good in the video but that was about it. The instagram snippets were better. The imagery in the video doesn't even make sense. You literally have to reach for that Alice in Wonderland innuendo inbetween the blatant product placement.
She can and should do better than this going forward. This video felt 2012 Starships' (second half of the video) older sister.
I pray this goes viral because otherwise, she just risked her whole era on gimmicks and product placement after claiming this era would be more than that.
