gen 2 starters are the epitome of basic. Even gen 1 starters are more exciting to look at.

Apparently you do not, cause gen 3 starters are far form overdesigned especially Sceptile and Swampert. And Blaziken is based on fighting chicken i mean, they are not gonna use a generic chicken as design

thats what pokemon started as and why they appealed so much.... and the pokemon papa agree with me so sorry but gen 7 will have simple designs.... u can stay pressed and play with the KFC chicken and the ugly penguin....
