her background dancers looked so basic!, And her hair was a complete and utter mess, but this truly was an iconic debut. She may have a bigger budget now, but she was at her best when all she could afford was rainbow and wet seal. Being broke made her and her team innovative. I mean the whole bathing suit paired with jeans/cargo pants was a great way to establish a edgy image without having the funds..Brilliant.
