There's not many options left for the pop girls for Superbowl performers. Rihanna would get her lashings after performing (unless she did it with Eminem), Mariah is Mariah so no, Gaga would do some crazy **** and everyone else wouldn't gain much hype.

There are plenty of male performers left though. Justin Timberlake, Eminem, Jay Z/Kanye West, P!nk (although he lacks a good discography)...
