Tbh, in terms of game and recognizability MK and Mario are pretty much on the same level, maybe Mario a bit more but still
And we are the better MK coz Mortal Kombat is a serious game, Mario Kart is for 2 year olds who play wii

Drag Street Fighter.

(Ironically, I got part of my name from Hugo, who is in Street Fighter, even though I like Mortal Kombat infinitely more than Street Fighter. )

With the Ism system you had different play styles like added defense and so on. You also had different effects with supers.
